The Free CDL Hazardous Materials Endorsement Practice Tests developed by CDL Digest each contain 30 multiple choice questions to help you pass the actual CDL Hazmat Endorsement Test on the first attempt. You must have a score of 80% (24 out of 30 questions) or better to pass. This test is required for any driver that will be operating a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) that must have hazardous materials placards (49 CFR 172, Subpart F), or is transporting special agents or toxins (42 CFR 73).
